Just recently had my eyes tested at Eden Rise Specsavers and found all the staff members I dealt with to be friendly and helpful throughout the whole process. I would like to commend one staff member in particular and his name is Nathan, his knowledge of the frames and lenses as well as the various coatings that can be applied to help improve the lenses was absolutely amazing. Nathan took the time to explain all of the details and helped me select the best pair of glasses I have ever worn not to mention I got a pair of prescription sun glasses at no extra cost. I would highly recommend anyone looking for their next pair of glasses or someone getting their first pair to go to Eden Rise Specsavers and ask for Nathan to help you through the process, you will be amazed and extremely happy with the results.

Just had eyes tested by Ryan, he was very thorough and explained everything to me. Anita helped me choose my glasses, she was very patient with me, she explained the invoice in great detail and was very polite and professional.

Terrible service.Once they have your money you are no longer important . Their product may be cheap but it's absolutely rubbish. Also whatever their advertised price you will always end up paying more for add ons which are supposed to be included. I took the opportunity to visit an independent optician who not only was extremely efficient but also caring enough to fix my defective glasses ( which I had bought just six months back from Specsavers and who refused to even hear me out) I would sincerely suggest that look for an independent optician - if you want service and great value.

Anita at Eden Rise was a delight. She was knowledgeable and offered great assistance. After looking at a few frames she knew exactly what would suit me best. I look forward to seeking her assistance next year for my next lot of frames.

What an amazing staff, so friendly and helpful. I purchased some new glasses and Nathan was very helpful and knowledgeable in explaining different types of lenses etc. Nathan was also very caring to my needs and very patient while choosing the perfect glasses for me. Highly recommend Eden Rise specsavers.
